We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Coordinator with a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, systems, and compliance requirements. This role will support and coordinate HR operations across the organisation and play a key part in recruitment, workforce performance processes, onboarding, training, employee relations, and NDIS audit readiness.
About You:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and Modern Awards (SCHADS preferred)
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
- Experience in the disability, community services, or NDIS sector
